Gaza | Strip visualises socio-cultural data acquired from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian affiars in Ramallah, Occupied Palestinian Territories, that document the acute and ongoing effects of the 2014 Gaza War.
In 2019 I conducted research in the West Bank as part of a research group sponsored by the AM Qattan Foundation, investigating the history of aerial mapping and visualisation of Palestine, from the Ottoman Empire to WWI, the British Mandate and contemporary Israeli occupation.
Gaza | Strip visualises key information gathered by UN OCHA using interactive realtime graphics. It is exhibited as part of the exhibition Palestine from the Sky, AM Qattan Foundation Jerusalem, 2021.
